We use FedEx for shipments whithin the continental U.S. We process orders wtihin 72 hours, or sooner.
Delivery time within continental U.S.:
Eastern, Midwest States = 4 to 5 days
Mountain time states = 1 to 3 days
Pacific time zone states = 3 to 4 days
U.S. Postal service is used for Alaska and Hawaii.
We can ship to the following countries:
Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, France, UK, Spain, Ireland, Portugual, Italy, Germany, Benelux, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden.
International shipments are usually sent via parcel post, or surface mail for the best possible rates. The average cost for shipping to the countries listed above is from $75 to $85 USD. E-mail us for an exact shipping quote at info@hidesonline.com
If you do not need an exact quote, simply order online and place NM as the state in the drop-down for state, but please note all your other information accurately. Our website will be more global soon.

If a customer is not satisfied with a specific cowhide and they wish to return it a refund for the product can be issued if the following simple steps are followed: 1. Contact us within 72 hours of receiving shipment. 2. Return product with DHL, UPS, or FedEx Ground. Shipping expenses are not refunded and a $10 handling is charged.
We do not accept returns of sheepskins unless damage occurs in the shipping process. If damage does occur in the shipping process, the shipping company must be contacted immediately to enable them to inspect the package and goods. If the shipping company is not contacted in regards to a damage claim the product cannot be returned.
